Returns & Refund Policy — Wild Edges Tallow

We hope you love your Wild Edges Tallow products as much as we love making them. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Because our products are natural, small-batch skincare items, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of your request being accepted.

Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • You’ll be responsible for paying the return postage, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Custom or made-to-order items

Exchanges

We can only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange for the same item, please email us first before returning it.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — sometimes there’s a delay in processing.

  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at wildedgestallow@gmail.com
