Thank you for supporting Wild Edges Tallow. We take pride in crafting high-quality, natural tallow products and aim to deliver your order quickly and safely.

UK Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Delivery time: Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
Carrier: We use Royal Mail or other trusted couriers, depending on your location and order size.
Delivery cost: Shipping is calculated at checkout and will vary depending on weight and delivery location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage or social media for updates.
Our cut off for next day delivery is 1pm

Local Collection

If you’re local to Coverack, you can select free local collection at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready, and collection details will be provided.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the UK. If you’re outside the UK and interested in our products, please contact us — we may be able to arrange a custom order or let you know when international shipping becomes available.

Packaging

We use eco-friendly, recyclable, or compostable packaging wherever possible. Our packaging is designed to protect your products while minimising environmental impact.

Shipping Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as postal delays, strikes, or severe weather).
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If tracking is available, we’ll include a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t arrive at all, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery using the details below. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
